The staff ALWAYS makes me feel welcome. Dr. Adam and his staff genuinely care about their patients, which is one reason I continue to go back. Speaking of back (and neck), I sure do feel better!
As a fitness professional my body has certainly endured the wear and tear that comes with the job. I entered Dr. Adams office just over 2 weeks ago in constant pain, unable to bend over and tie my shoes, standing hurt, sitting hurt, sleeping hurt. Optimal Health Chiropractic and Dr. Adam are truly helping get to where I need to be physically! Dr. Adam is a great listener and very compassionate. He doesn't rush into anything and explains everything he is going to do. He has an amazing staff that help walk you through every step of the process as well!
