PA William Payne, (Bill) , does his job very well.
I went with my daughter to an appointment with him. He didn't examine her or ask how she was feeling. He went over her MRI and said he had been the PA to the surgeon for 30 years and by knowing him so well he knew he would not do surgery on my daughter even though she had 3 bulging disc with one of them touching nerve with out her even moving her body.
