I saw Dr. Mook for continuous shoulder pain. He looked at my X-rays and had me move my arms and shoulders in certain motions. He was able to diagnose my shoulder pain and prescribe treatment for me. He was very friendly and accommodating.
He explained everything and answered my questions so I could understand.
Went in to get my wife cortisol shots in each shoulder for relief of arthritis pain Dr. Mook remembered the arthritis pain I have had over the past 18 months and asked how I was doing I told him terribly but can’t get a shot because I am having knee replacement surgery next week and Dr. Klein Dr. Mook said that a cortisol shot in the shoulder would not affect my knee surgery and would need my shoulder to help lift myself up and down after surgery. Saw Dr Mook for knee pain following MRI. Great beside manner. Very professional & informative. Really listened & addressed my issues. Very proficient at administering Cortisone shot & drainage of large Baker’s cyst. Knee pain miraculously disappeared. Couldn’t be happier with the medical attention I received.
Followed up on my knee issues. Dr Mook is very supportive and understanding to my needs and has improved my overall condition with treatments. I highly recommend his services and expertise.
Dr. Mook repaired my ruptured Achilles tendon - great outcome, great process. He listens carefully and explained everything clearly. His staff was endlessly flexible and helpful with pharmacies, scheduling (no long waits), my random questions, and all the paperwork.
My visits with Dr. William Mook are always great I went to see Dr. Mook yesterday because I fell in August 2021 and wanted to make sure my 2016 shoulder replacement was still okay. Dr. Mook's tech/nurse took an x-ray and my shoulder replacement is in great shape. I don't have pain and my range of motion is great. It gave me peace of mind. I trust and highly recommend Dr. Mook.
He is friendly, intelligent, and good at explaining his diagnoses. I have no complaints!
