Terrible Terrible Terrible The guy who runs this place couldn't care less about customers. Give him a job to do, get charged for the work, wait a month, call a bunch of times, and still have nothing to show for it!

WORST PLACE TO GO I will NEVER use this place again! Brought my watch in the have the battery changed and the watched resealed so that it would still be water proof. Got my watch back 2 weeks later to find that it was fogging up because it wasn't sealed properly. Took it back 2 days after I got it back, he said he would fix it. That was on July 31st. It is now Oct 4th, still no watch and I have called repeatedly. He could careless!

cracked diamond-hello .. I later had my wife ring apprased and he said the diamond was cracked and tried to sell me another ring. I later found by several jewelers that the diamond was NOT cracked. I will NEVER go there again. Buyers -please ge a second apprasel on anything you purchase. I now go to the Clark Bldg. in Pittsburgh

Great Personal Service for 15 years My husband and I bought our wedding bands from William Penn Jewelers almost 15 years ago, and we've gone to them for jewelry and watch purchases and repairs ever since. They have wonderful collections of unique and unusual pieces. Michael is a master craftsman as both a jeweler and a watchmaker. He cleaned and repaired my great-grandmother's engagement ring beautifully for a fair price considering how much labor was required. Worst Customer Service! Avoid at all costs! Totally unprofessional and offering the worst customer service. Pricing is extreemly high and the wait for repairs, if done at all is endless! We ended up picking up our watch and taking it elsewhere as we were tired of the excuses..
