“I was treated by Dr. William Oppat for vascular surgery on my left leg on April 28, 2025. Unfortunately, my personal experience was very difficult. During the procedure, the doctor hit a nerve. It was so painful even with the anestesia I had on my leg. After the procedure, I experienced nerve pain and significant bruising and scarring. I also felt that the treatment results were incomplete, as I continued to have issues with the veins that were supposed to be addressed during the surgery. Went to see this doctor ,wasn't 2mins into meeting him he's already telling me that he's not experienced enough for me. I've been In and out of p.a.d. doctor's ,and cardiologists offices, as well as every surgery possible for the past 24 years and never came across a doctor like this . I find he's opinionated and selective with who he will see. These 5star reviews are simply not the truth, or truth that's exaggerated. Dr Oppat is a top notch vascular surgeon. He did an incredible surgery on my leg and I trust him wholeheartedly. He has an excellent bedside manner and is very intelligent and highly skilled. I am in the medical field also and I know great care when I see it and when I receive it! Dr Oppat is an excellent surgeon!!! Top notch doctor!
