Is this provider easy to reach in an emergency? Absolutely not. I was forced to call the emergency room. Would you refer a friend or family member to this psychiatrist? No, If I had known how terrible they were I never would have gone. Is this provider willing to pursue advice from other providers when necessary? Yes, they were willing to ask for advice when necessary Was this psychiatrist's staff friendly? Yes Did you experience unnecessary pain during your visit? No

I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. They never left me for an extended period of time and I never felt ignored. It was easy to get the appointment time that worked for my schedule. They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. Did this psychiatrist leave you unattended for an extended period of time? Not at all! The provider was always present and attentive Was it easy to make an appointment with this psychiatrist? Yes! It was effortless! Did this provider use excessive foul language? Not at all! They are always respectful and courteous! Did you feel judged or criticized by this psychiatrist? No, they were respectful and understanding Were the staff members able to answer your questions? Yes! They were the most knowledgeable staff I've ever seen!

I wouldn't feel safe under anyone else's care. They are one of the few psychiatrists I trust. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have.

The waiting area here is extremely spacious. There is never overcrowding and everything is spaced appropriately. There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. They told me a little bit about my treatments' risks and benefits, but I still didn't feel like I knew as much as I wanted to know. Their offices was one of the easiest places to locate ever. I found it in minutes.
