Does this provider maintain a professional appearance? No, he/she did not appear to care very much Has this provider ever cancelled your appointment on you last minute? They try not to, but sometimes it happens. Is this psychiatrist easy to reach in an emergency? Yes, they answered my call right away Did this provider have reasonable prices? Yes

Did this psychiatrist leave you unattended for an extended period of time? I was left alone for awhile, but it wasn't too long Was it easy to make an appointment with this provider? Practically Impossible Did the staff make you feel uncomfortable when you called with questions or concerns? Absolutely! They made me feel like my questions and concerns were stupid Was it easy to find parking at this psychiatrist's office? Yes, it was convenient Was this provider late to your appointments? Sometimes, it was a little frustrating

It couldn't have been easier!

No, I was always attended to Does this provider ever overbook appointments here? Never! They have lots of business, but they do such a great job of never overbooking. Would you refer a friend or family member to this psychiatrist? Yes Do you feel that you could have received better service somewhere else? No, I don't think so
