He does not respect appointments or patients. We had an appointment at 2:15 pm. We waited outside until 2:40 pm, and when we entered the examination room, we stayed until 3:20 pm until no one said, “What is the reason for the delay or apology?” This is evidence of a lack of respect for patients, and then we left the clinic. Without seeing anyone

I gave 5 Stars for Honesty, successful Surgery, and Rehab ad Mercy Hospital at 71 Years Old!! Getting Stronger Every Day! After Surgery was the Weakest that I ever was in my life. Still doing Therapy but getting Better Each Day…..

I only gave one star because I didn’t have the option to give zero stars! Dr Donaldson was the worst doctor! I went there for a back injury, he supposedly looked at my mri and X-rays and told me there was nothing wrong with me. I had a great back for a 45 year old.( he said the radiologist reports were overreaches) so after a few months I went to see another back surgeon. And he said I had a fracture and two extremely herniated discs at L4-L5 and L5- S1. With severe nerve damage. And now have to have major surgery! This is w... read more
