Julia at the front desk, whom makes appointments, was very professional and worked with my schedule. Danyelle did a great job on my hair! she's really personable and really caring! My mother in law got a facial by Cindy and loved it! we are already planning our next one! The whole Salon was awesome!

Mindy is my girl! She is so awesome! Love that I can go in and say I ready for something new for fall! And poof she does her Magic and I love my new style and cut. So being a hairdresser myself at one time sometimes I can be picky.
Customer service is terrible. My girlfriend called to cancel my appointment, due to an emergency. The woman who she spoke with, Lori, made her feel terrible about the situation. So, I called the Salon. Lori answered. She was just as rude to me. So, thank you, Lori, for showing us William Edge Salon's true colors. You care more about your schedule than you do your customers.
