We were looking to relocate our office building within the New Haven metro area and were spinning our wheels trying to do it ourselves. Finally, we ran across Bill Davis and things got moving FAST. In less than 2 months we had secured a new building and shortly thereafter we closed on the new building and closed on the sale of our old building. Bill worked tirelessly to get the details worked out so that the double-closing went off on schedule as planned. We could not have done it without his diligence and assistance.
