Very condescending, rushed, and his communication skills are horrible. When I tried to ask a question, he cut me off several times. He made disparaging comments about the need to wear masks (his was open at the bottom), as well as the reality of COVID (said it was overblown). He made condescending remarks about the professional skills of PA’s, PCPs, and another doctor I’ve seen. I would NEVER go back to him. The review is based more on the practice than Dr. Tally. The practice has gotten entirely too large and impersonal. I have been satisfied with Dr. Tally’s care.
Dr. Talley has been my doctor for about ten years. Sadly my body keeps breaking down and I have to go back, but he is always helpful and gives me straight on no kidding advice about what is best for me long term. Every time I have gone to another Doctor that sees the x-rays and CT scans of his craftsmanship, they have all commented on his stellar work. Im am always quick to get an appointment, and I am in and out in no time. I highly recommend Dr. Talley.
Horrible experience. Condescending, mitigating, and rushed. Will not be returning.
Dr Talley performed a lumbar fusion on me. For the next 2 years I tried to tell him that I didn't experience any relief from the symptoms of my injury. He told me that it was "all in my head", and told work comp l was trying to inflate the symptoms to drag out the claim. When the 2 year CT showed a non-fusion he suddenly says "no wonder you are still in pain your back never fused and your hardware is failing". Injection in lower back took about 10 minutes. Instant relief.
Went for a consultation about neck surgery. Dr Tally was a total jerk. When I asked questions about the surgical procedure, Dr Talky asked if I also asked the auto mechanic how he would fix my car! Not the same as operating on my neck! Never went back to see Dr Tally!
