Dr. Tally and his staff are awesome! They are all very courteous and very professional!
I was very impressed with Dr Tally on my first visit. He is knowledgeable and was concerned with my condition.
Prompt, gave me several options, very professional , was not intimating, easy to talk to.
I saw Dr. Tally to go over results of an MRI his PA had ordered. He came in with a mask flapping freely that was somehow attached to the bridge of his nose and absolutely nowhere else. He gave me the radiologists report but did not interpret it for me. He said I was not a surgical candidate and he didn’t want to see me in his office again. He said to follow up with a doctor for steroid injections if I was still having trouble. I was shocked by his rudeness when I asked questions. The appointment was strange and he was condescending. I won't go back.
I was asked why I came for the appt. and said backache. He asked to show where I had pain. When I tried to talk about a problem with similar pain in the past. He told me to stop telling what I had that the past physician was incorrect in his diagnosis. He said I needed to listen to him. I got a prescription for cortisone . I was not told to make another appt. He is rude and arrogant. I have NEVER had a doctor treat me in this manner. I am already telling friends not to use this doctor. I felt like Dr. Tally reviewed my information and set up an accurate way to address my problem. The only problem I have is that I have to wait over a month for my next appointment with one of his colleagues to administer the hopefully fix to my problem.
