Poor quality of care. The only doctor I've had an appointment for a physical and the physical consisted of me sitting in a chair for 3 minutes and being asked how I feel. The nurses on the team are rather dismissive and seem bothered by questions they don't like. You also have to keep an eye on what the doc may notate in your medical record. This place is Ridiculous! No one in community care knows how to do their jobs. They've lied, and stone walled requests. I've never seen such incompetence in my life!
For the Love of God please fix your phone lines. Calling Knoxville shouldn't be transferred to Johnson city then tranfered back to Knoxville only to get no resolution then you got call back again . This can't be that hard to fix man ! 🤦♂️🤷♂️
I have had nothing but great experiences at this VA clinic. The entire team from front desk, to labs, mental health services and primary care are exceptional. My appointments have generally been on time (difficult to do in healthcare) and everyone is friendly. Much better care than when I was using commercial insurance elsewhere. If you have VA highly recommend going to this clinic for your outpatient needs.
