If I could possibly give this company less than one star I would. Dealing with the agents at the William C. Smith company has been a miserable experience. I've been trying to view an apartment at one of their properties for the last month. I have left numerous voice-mails and sent numerous e-mails to various people throughout the company to no avail. I love living in my WC Smith apartment! The company has been fantastic to us, and has made everything about living here so easy and comfortable from the very beginning. My building manager, Carlton, is not only a good manager but a truly caring person. Communications we have with both with the building manager and the company management are excellent, and any issues we have are taken care of very quickly, Couldn't be happier with the place :)
