The procedure itself was fine. The front end communication was abysmal. We felt like we had been bamboozled. There was never any clear information on how many visits it would take and the aftercare involved. At 89, short term quality of life is important and we weren’t given the information to make that choice.
Good experience
I was so super nervous for my first treatment …. Dr. Harris was so kind as well as all of his staff. We laughed , and he talked to me ( as a distraction) throughout the entire procedure which helped me stay calm … I have to go back for additional treatments and I’m not nervous at all. Amazing dr. Amazing staff. 10/10
