Specialties I had respect for Willamette ValleyDog and Cat Motel long before I was given the opportunity to buy it. In 1997 I became a customer and an employee, and I knew I had found an honest, caring, safe and loving environment for my own pets as well as every other pet that came in through the doors. I owe so much respect and gratitude to the original owners, Ray and Alice Gould who (in 1971) built this entire place from the ground up. Our dog Aly came to think of kenneling here as a vacation. They were very attentive and professional At one point, when it had seemed that Aly had hurt her leg, they called us immediately. Being Aly, she got lots of office time, and was considered part of the crew at times. Chandra, Midge, Joey and all the gang at this kennel are wonderful. Aly has passed on, but if we ever we have another dog, I wouldn't hesitate to take them to this kennel. And, it's close to the Eugene Airport!
