My dog Cooper, is happy going in the door, and happy as he leaves for home. Very caring, and knowledgeable staff. So happy I’ve found a place that I can feel comfortable and confident leaving my German Shepherd at.
this hotel was the best thing that happen to us, during our transition they took care for more than a month to my beautiful Sombra. Due to our crazy traveling time they even let one of my friends picked her up, after throughly checking who she was etc. THANK YOU IS NOT ENOUGH and 6 stars is mandatory
This was my first time leaving my Lab ,Drake, behind while my family and I went on vacation... I did a lot of research on where to leave him and even considered staying behind at home until my vet recommended this place... they are amazing! Even texted me pictures while we were in Tennessee. Super friendly staff and pretty clean facility.
I love that they love my animals, know my animals, and return them happy each time! Customer-friendly, pet-approved! Jim the Donkey also makes our stay easier, because he greets us at reception and makes the goodbye less of a problem. I have been trying to convince the critters that the vet is a spa for years, and I seem to have finally succeeded!

The staff here provide great care. They pay attention to the individual dog's needs and my young dog was safe, happy and healthy throughout his week long stay. They are a great resource and we will return.

My dog has done well there in the past. The people who work there are nice. I really dislike how they charge you for the day you pick up your dog. It makes them way more expensive than other places. For that reason we have started going somewhere else and they became our back up. I just found out they are now requiring the influenza vaccine so we won't be coming back. I don't need to give my dog even more vaccines that aren't really needed.

We are Requiring the Canine Influenza shot because there is a confirmed case in Grants Pass and it is moving our way. It is a very contagious virus and we want our guest to be safe. Regarding charges for the last day of boarding we do have discounts of up to 60% off. The earlier the bigger the discount.
