Specialties I had respect for Willamette ValleyDog and Cat Motel long before I was given the opportunity to buy it. In 1997 I became a customer and an employee, and I knew I had found an honest, caring, safe and loving environment for my own pets as well as every other pet that came in through the doors. I owe so much respect and gratitude to the original owners, Ray and Alice Gould who (in 1971) built this entire place from the ground up. Their love for animals and line of work shows. My dog is usually not very good with people, but it didn’t take long for him to warm up to these nice ladies. He was treated to extra playtime while my other dog was “treated” to a bath. She got a cute scarf. They both got toys to take home that they love. I received a discount for picking them up early upon checkout. I also got a student discount. Worth the money for the peace of mind, knowing my dogs were well taken care of during our family vacation.
We LOVE this place! They take care of your animal like they are their own. Our bulldog loves coming here!
The staff really love what they do and are friendly. My dog loves to go there and is always happy when she comes home.
