This is the worst place in Salem, they don't treat you well, I do not recommend this place
Terrible service! Our "local" office is 75 miles away and they have canceled two appointments without a call. This time was supposed to get braces off and the next time the dentist will be in is a month away. The girls up front are nice, but have had back office help with attitude. This place is a joke!
I had 2 bridges put in less than 9 years ago and they almost immediately failed. When I tried to have them replaced, I was told that would do more damage, and that my concern was "cosmetic". I have pieces of porcelain chipping off randomly, and the material underneath ( god knows what it is) is being ground down below my gumline, and also chips off into my mouth. I'm supposed to have an implant, but they made me sign all kinds of waivers, then they tell me that it might not even work. Bunch of BS! I feel like a fool for goin... read more

Most of the staff is wonderful at the Albany office, I can't wait till I can go back and get the dental care I'm still being charged monthly for but cannot take advantage of. I was sent away without being allowed to purchase the two prescriptions the dentist said I needed, and not allowed to schedule a follow up appointment to address the problem tooth the dentist said I needed to be seen for right away.
