Warning: if you care about your dental health and think that you might ever need a dentist in an emergency please don't choose Willamette Dental Group. Face is swollen, jaw infected, pain is horrible. They have one dentist that can help... on Sept. 16th. When asked for other options the dentist started treating me like I was being unreasonable and yelled at me.

Dr. Mark Chambers of Willamette's Idaho Falls office is a credit to his profession. His expertise, dedication and genuine decency impress me very much. I would highly recommend him to anyone in need of dental work. He went above and beyond to ensure I got needed dental work done before my insurance coverage expired due to an abrupt layoff. He and his staff were most accommodating, friendly and concerned. For that, I cannot thank them enough!

I have been happy with them. I dont like the turnover but have been happy with the Fed Way office. Never ever have to wait, everyone seems so happy and work well together. I appreciate Dr. Solmazs' expertise. My cleaning/polishing experience is questionable though. Their recommendations are annually for cleaning, not 6 mos. And they do it very quickly, dont get all the spots..and the polish is a waste of time as they do it so quickly and rinse....

I had to switch due to insurance. My daughters regular dentist said she needs a filling. So made an appointment with Willamette dental to get her tooth fixed. She talked me out of it saying it's her baby tooth lets monitor it. Three months later my baby is screaming with pain and she had to get her tooth pulled. I honestly think it was laziness. My 7 year old son has an incredible degree of anxiety about dentists. Today we went to the Springfield Willamette Dental office and saw Dr. Huggins and her assistant Josie. My son worked himself to tears about the x-rays, but 3 minutes into our appointment his tears turned to laughter (which made me turn to tears!). Dr. Huggins and Josie eased my son's anxiety- something I can never repay them for. Thank you, thank you, thank you.

I went in for a crown after still having pain from a chipped tooth. First temporary crown broke on the way home, second fell out somtime during the night, third one they put on with permanent glue and it stayed. The staff in the Boise office was very good about working me in. After all this I had to have a root canal in that tooth and I was very worried about it all. I was sent to Dr Val Cox in Meridian, Idaho and I was extremely pleased! Not one ounce of pain even hours after the root canal! The office staff was very polite... read more
