I have had nothing but problems with the dental work done at South Hill Puyallup Willamette Dental Group. Four teeth that they put fillings in all blew up on me and the feelings fell out and I am in extreme pain. They said they won't fix them unless I pay more money. This dental work only lasted one year at the most for each tooth. Terrible customer service on the phone trying to get this resolved
Poor customer service! When called about scheduling a appt for my kids, they lady got their charts completely screwed up! And then refused to schedule my daughter for a 6mth cleaning because some Dr Halen that we had never seen said she had good dental health and only needs to be seen once a year. The lady also told us that its bad for your teeth to have them cleaned every 6mths, really!!!

Customer service finishes dead last in Willamette Dental's priorities. Closed their only central Tacoma location with no warning. After switching from Washington Dental (awesome but no ortho) to Willamette, I now find myself with over an hour drive every time I, or one of my 5 kids, has a dental or ortho appointment. Definitely don't switch to Willamette if you want to be treated like a person, rather than a number. WD is all about assembly line dentistry.
