Very honest and upfront about the cars they have. Willing to answer my annoying texts about this and that after the purchase. Was even willing to help track down an engine cover for the 08 A4 Avant 6 Speed as well as a few other odds and ends and will check the check engine light when it came on a day after purchase. Really great to find a place that deals with Audis and has such amazing customer service!
I bought a 2001 Audi Allroad 2.7t 6 speed manual (unicorn car) from Alex and couldn't have asked for a better transaction! He was very up front and to the point with me, no BS which I very much appreciated.
