I have had the pleasure of working with Wilkinson Title on one occasion. They are not laser focused not on the the details of every transaction and routinely go the extra mile not to ensure the seamless closing of every file. This is a bad business that can have dire consequences. They made big mistakes and I'm ruined. I ask for compensation, but there is no reaction. We called Wilkinson to determine what was needed and what the cost would be to close a by-owner sale of some timeshare weeks. Suzan was very helpful and gave us a very good estimate of the costs and timing (~6 weeks in our case). A couple months later, when we had a buyer, Suzan handled the closing thoughtfully, efficiently, and ahead of schedule. Good email communication throughout the process. Would definitely use their services again!
