Office closed during a snow emergency with no one to respond to dire needs in our community. There are 400 homes affected. With no plowing after 3 am Thursday. No one can get out or in. This is Friday noon. This is no small matter.

Business response:

First and foremost, we apologize for the inconvenience this snow storm caused you. As you’re probably aware, the snowstorm was much greater than originally anticipated and the high winds added complications to the removal. Vendors with large equipment capable of handling a snow fall of this magnitude were otherwise contracted to assist the State in their endeavors to clear the main roads. While we do have a snow-removal contractor for the community, he unexpectedly experienced mechanical problems late Thursday night. When we... read more

Wilgus has left our development stranded in the snow storm. Many cars getting stuck on the main roads even leaving our development. Blames sub contractors for snow plowing problems instead of taking responsibility and leaves hundreds of people at risk if there was a medical emergency in our development. 24 hours later still waiting on plowing. Not a whole lot of management going on here...

If I could give them 0 stars I would! Their incompetence and dereliction of duty has left hundreds of Stonewater Creek residents literally trapped in our homes since they have not snowplowed the roads in our community. They are oh so quick to cash your HOA dues checks though! Stay away from them if you can!

Horrendous. Wilgus's management of the Stonewater Creek Development for snow removal is atrocious. This is a large development, we have hundreds of homes affected by their lack of snow removal over the last 2 days. The road at the front of the development had not been touched as of the time I attempted to leave for work this morning. 4x4 vehicles are getting stuck - I was able to get my Jeep Cherokee out but if you do not have a 4 Wheel Drive vehicle you cannot leave your home. Lack of communication and inability to reach an... read more
