The only reason Wilgus deserves even one star out of 5 is because of Gemma Fox. She gets 5 stars. But even her kindness and responsiveness could not serve to cancel out the incredibly poor treatment my family and I received upon our arrival to Bethany Beach on June 9. During the COVID pandemic, I have seen some amazing acts of kindness, until it was time for me to deal with Wilgus Assoc. My interaction with them was horrendous and proved to me while there are good ethical companies out there this is not one. We have used Wilgus many times and will surely do so again. Shout out to Gemma (sp?) who personally delivered coffee mugs to our unit after we discovered the owner only stocked cups and saucers. Also, we had some maintenance issues that were promptly addressed; Mike was awesome with his service: Polite, prompt, thorough. Advice to renters: Always report problems right away and give the rental agency the opportunity to rectify any issues.
Me and my family rented 34 John Hall Drive in Bethany Beach! We loved it. The place is huge and great for a multiple families to share on a vacation together. The community is very close to the beach (about 2 miles) and also has a swimming pool too! Its conveniently located near shopping, restaurants and the boardwalk. We had such a great time and can't wait to go back next summer!!
