Horrible service. We have been waiting for a year to have the bird poop power washed from our breezeways. It is embarrassing and very disgusting. Do not even want to invite company over because of it. They sent out a letter stating they would be here on June 13th, it is now June 27 and still no word. Also called six times over 2 month span to rent out the pool house and no response. But then they raise the HOA fee for elevator maintenance even though my condo does not have an elevator and for cleaning of the bird poop yet th... read more

The Hearthstone Manor Condominium Association was operating at a deficit for the past several years based on low Association fees established by the Developer. In as much as we make every attempt to meet the demands of the Association members for services, we were forced to increase the assessments to accommodate the needs. The assessment increase did not take effect until July 1st, at which time we began the power washing project. There were several communications sent to the members advising the same. Very poor communication. We had no idea the beach replenishment was going on. We should have been notified and offered a different week or reduced non-season rate. Picked the property (and paid for that convenience!!!) based on easy access to beach for my 80 yo father and he has only been to beach one day so far - and that was a hike as this advertised access has been closed since our arrival . All night all day all we are hearing is the construction equipment. When I complained the response I got was “we know what you know”... read more

Thank you so much for reaching out with your concern. We are just as frustrated as the rest of our coastal towns with the constant, around-the-clock beach replenishment project. Unfortunately, we need beach replenishment to sustain our beautiful beaches. Beach replenishment, when necessary, occurs during the most inconvenient times, the summer months.
