i have been here more than 20 years,it had everything i wanted in an apt.the grounds are picked up every morning and the staff gets on your maintence need within a day or two.yes we have had some distasteful thing happen every once and a while but most of the time thats just bad neighbors.the price is also right for this location,its close to the interstate and any type of business or food service place you may need.

I love the grounds crew. They always have this place looking clean and tidy. I've spoke to an employee named Tony Powell, I had a few questions to ask about proper waste removal and he helped me right away. And seemed very knowledgeable about his job.So I thank him very much. For his great attitude and hard working efforts, I thik he deserves a more responsible position.
The reason I give this place 2 stars instead of just 1 is because I like my neighbors, the quite community and my apartment itself.. but what I DON'T LIKE is the office and maintenance staff! They are awful!

Los apartamentos estan bien grandes y bonitos.. La nueva nueva Gerenta Ed muy buena gente y muy amable..
The staff is friendly, never had a problem! We love our home!
