The only complex I've ever renewed a lease with. Neighbors are nice and not shady for the most part. Management gets things done in a timely manner.
The management team exposes tenants to toxic chemicals during renovations. If we would have stayed in the apartment like they requested, we could have died. This is just the tip of the iceberg as far as their corrupt staff. People need to hear about this.
