wildwood These apartments can be a really nice place to live, IF (and only if) you really like to party. Every Friday, Saturday, and sometimes Sunday nights, one of our neighbors was always just obnoxiously loud. By the end of our stay, I would call the cops every weekend around 2am. Also, when moving in, the complex had a strict no pets policy. The neighbor right next to my unit had a little puppy dog, that would bark day and night. Looks nice, but TERRIBLE service Please take the time to read this, trust me, its worth it. At first glance, when you drive through the community it looks nice, well-maintained, and relatively new. But looks can be deceiving. They are 20-30 years old depending on which phase you live in, and they are not cheap. We payed extra to have one of the renovated apartments, but the age was still a huge factor. Upon moving in our water system smelled like rotten eggs...really rotten eggs, not just a minor whiff. Nice place to live I lived at Wildwood Ridge for 1 year and I loved it. I had a really nice apartment for an above average price. But living across the street from the office, that makes up for it with gas prices. The only thing I did not enjoy about this place was that my apt was right above the pool and a few nights during the summer people would stay at the pool and be loud. I also was not in the "gated" part of the community, but had to go through the "gate" to get my mail. That was odd, but never worried about break-ins... read more
Old Apartments if you are looking for something cheap than this is your place. the location is great b/c they are close to 75 and 285, but the apartments are not well kept and the customer service is not good, they were suppossed to hold an apartment for me, but gave it away with out even calling.
I am only giving 1 star because I can't post this review without it...This Is the absolute worst apartments I have ever stayed in. I have had plumbing issues since moving in June 2017. The Most recent issue is there has been no water since 12/10/2017 Sunday 7pm, literally no water. They send these emails stating "they apologize for the inconvenience" however aren't willing to compensate. I understand that this is an older property, however if they actually fix their plumbing issues vs patching the situation their residents w... read more

Very poor quality and rude management staff, they do not listen to you before throwing crap at you.
