I hadn't been to a dentist in over 10 years due to bad experiences and severe dentist office anxiety. 5-Excellent--Your entire office staff is so down to earth, personal, and professional. If it had not been for Megan who spoke with me during my initial phone inquiry, I would never have gone through with the appointment. Your staff is so down to earth, professional, and personal. If it had not been for Megan who spoke with me on the phone when I first contacted your office, I never would have made an appointment. I can't remember the hygienist's name who came in November, but she has cleaned my teeth twice. Because of my sensitive teeth, even a little water can send my anxiety level through the roof. Both my wife and I do not like the excessive amount of appointment reminders you send out. We each received at least two text messages and two e-mail notifications each. We do not need that much communications. We have never missed an appointment.
