Great dental service(5 Star). Poor onetime service ,35 minute wait for Hygienist appointment( 1 Star)

I've been to 3 dentists in 4 years and haven't liked any of them. These guys are great and can't wait to go back!
When I came in the office, no one was at the front desk. Neither of the first two people that came back to the front desk said hello or spoke to me. Usually I am always warmly greeted and told how long it will be to get to the back, I thought it was strange not to have anyone greet me or say hello. Finally, Wendy came up to the front and said hello and took me to the back. This is the first time this has happened, but I thought I'd let you know it wasn't very good customer service and highly unlike your office.

This Wednesday was absolutely the best dentist appointment I’ve ever had! It took about 8 consultations with local dentist before I found Dr. Griffin and his awesome team. Dr. Griffin’s patience, attention to detail and genuine care for my concerns and treatment plan is unlike anything I have ever experienced .I completely and totally trust him with all of my dental care.
