My new 2015 Lexus GX 460 has been in the service department no less than 15 times for variety of issues. About 10 of those times are in relation to the "radio" the part that operates most of the features such as music, ac/heat, navigation, park assist. They have replaced the radio several times( I've lost count I think 5 new systems have been put in) and the vehicle still refuses to operate correctly. You should shop in Buffalo. Last year I almost bought a Lexus from Dorschel. I was a little worried about my phone's ability to talk to the sound system, and wanted to try it out with several different settings on my phone. CRAZY PEOPLE!!! STAY AWAY!! Kuni Lexus of Portland has the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life! The sales manager not only yelled at us… but when asked for her to please show us what dents she was referring to on our trade, she proceeded to SMACK each rock chip on our trade with her metal pen, very aggressively.
