Fast responds
The sales Steve was very responsive. I found the car on Carguru on a Friday and corresponded with Steve through email all day. He put the car on hold for me so that I could come and take a look at it the very next day. Upon deciding I was going to purchase the vehicle he continued to quickly communicate with me through email (my preferred method) and get everything setup for the delivery of the vehicle. My experience in purchasing this car was smooth and I was always well informed.
We bought this car and LOVE, our salesman, Jimmy, was excellent. Top notch service all the way.
We ended up buying from somewhere else, but only because the car we were interested in was sold the evening before our test drive.

Negotiated price over emails and they honored the quote without question. Car wasn't in excellent condition but it was used and wife was happy. Thanks guys!!
