Responded quickly. Good deal. Not too much pressure for add on's. I had already done my research and came with a bank draft check,so I didn't need to finance through them. They couldn't beat the interest rate I got. Only three stars because the internet sales person who was suppose to help me was " too busy" and sent another salesman out. Absolutely great buying experience--the internet sales manager e-mailed an immediate response to my question, agreed to meet me at 6PM that night for a test drive, had the car ready to go, and even came in the next morning on his day off to finalize the paperwork. The price was fine and there was no hard-sell for the vehicle or any add-on packages. I'll go here again next time.

Great buying experience. Very I pressed with Wilde Lexus, from the first person that greeted me to my salesman Patrick, to the Sales Manager, to the finance man, all were excellent at taking care of me!

Dealer never really tried to engage in making a deal. I got a few emails with no details about what their pre-owned inventory contained. Not one phone call. I ended up buying two pre-owned Lexus RX-350 vehicles. One at a BMW dealer and one at a Naples FL Lexus dealer. Both good buying experiences.
