The Server was AMAZING!! The food was mediocre, again :/
Have always loved Wing Wing Cafe but the last two times we’ve been the service has been mediocre at best. The quality of the food has gone down severely over the last year. The house chips were burnt, the “boneless wings” (heavily breaded chicken nuggets) were chewy and tasted like they had been cooked hours earlier and were reheated, we asked for 1 Ezra blue cheese and were charged for 3... it’ll be awhile until we revisit, if ever.

Had a horrible service experience and the waitress said something different about what can be sent back and billing the manager said something totally different when we tried to explain was told to us by the waiter the manager continued to talk over us and wouldn’t even listen to understand what was going on I felt disrespected by both the manager and waitress and ultimately my bill was more than what it was supposed to be I am highly upset and I will be blogging about this on my YouTube channel
The food is far more pricey than it needs to be. Someone in my party ordered an alcoholic beverage that she did not enjoy it so she asked the server to take it back. The server said that they would not be able to take the drink off her check so someone might as well drink it. When the person in my party requests to see the manager, the manager said that because someone drank the drink she could not take it off but if someone had not drank the drink she would be able to take it off.
