The gruyere croissant and flat white were Knoxville knock-out! Great style and loved the way you can see the bakers at work. Fresh and talented.
Impressive attention to detail at every turn! Everything fun and delicious for kids and grown ups. The coffee is perfectly on point. Great place to meet up and very friendly staff. My favorite bakery in town.
Really disappointed in it....sandwiches overwhelmed with bread...cookies tooo not rich and chewy....croisant was good, but no pies or cakes...way too expensive for what it was.....drove 3 hours because we read it was the best bakery in USA.....I guess you can say anything you want to advertise, but this place was far from best bakery in USA!!!! And I don't particularly like my waiters to have rings in their nose! Delightful sunny day to eat outside...that was a plus.
The croissant was a buttery delight. Loved the texture and color of the top layer; slightly browned to hold it all together, yet soft enough that it melted into flakes.
Absolutely love this wonder place! You won't regret trying one of everything.
