Service Team was prompt and professional. Upon arrival, Dylan accessed the problem with the AC Unit. Dylan explained the process and provided the necessary information during the visit. Great Job. Very polite and knowledgeable.
New HVAC system installed in June. Compressor wouldn't cycle on today, Friday at 4 pm. Called Wilbur's, Dylan arrived quickly, replaced a fuse under warranty and saved the day.
My AC went out Friday night, I called Wilbur's and they had me up and running in no time. Even though Bowers had to come out at midnight, He was quick, efficient, and friendly. I would use them again.
