Our hot water heater died on a Thursday night and replaced by noon the next day. I left a message after hours and got a return call with in 10 minutes from Mike at Wilbur Henry. He was informative and assisted me in turning the gas and water off to the tank. He quoted me on replacement and was very accurate when the final bill came the next day. The technician was friendly and knowledgeable and finished everything on time. This is the 2nd great experience with this professional, honest and reliable company.
he installer and installation went great, until I was presented with the bill. I was quoted $500 cheaper than what my bill ended up being. I had verbally confirmed the price on the phone. When I challenged this, I received a call that was less than friendly in response. My advice would be to get quotes in written form if using them so they can't change the price and then deny it later.
We were very pleased to have our plumbing done by Wilbur Henry plumbing.The work was done in a clean and timely manner and at a decent price. Everyone from the secretary, Crystal, to Jeff, Dave. Mike, Chad and Tom were really nice and pleasant and easy to deal with. Plus Tom the owner has a good sense of humor which we liked. John and Linda Albright
