Called to have a switchover of my heat pump happen. Instead of being told they wouldn’t do it, they waited 2 weeks in the heat to tell me they would not service my home again. I’ve had this service for the past 5 years, now they want me to buy a brand new ac/heating unit. So sad, because I had been happy with their service before, but being ignored as a customer sucks

Super happy with service today. Mike came out to check a pipe and maintenance my boiler. Was very helpful with explaining things and did a great job! He was very honest and didn't try to run up a huge bill which was hugely appreciated!!!

Wilbur Henry to the rescue! We had no heat in our house because I goofed up trying to install a Wi-Fi thermostat on my own. Dave came out promptly and resolved our issues and gave me some knowledge on our wiring (since it's not my forte) and fixed what was wrong with that. Wilbur Henry is very reasonably priced and Dave was awesome to work with. I recommend this place for your heating needs!
After coming out and charging my a.c. unit and only lasting a day and a half , when I called them back they said I had a leak . why didn't you tell me I had a leak or tell me where it was leaking , there answer was you didn't ask - really. Never again
