Definitely had to leave a review for Bob Allen Ford Ottawa Kansas. This place is a 5/5 stars in my book. DJ the salesman as known as (the cowboy) was incredible to work with he listened to my wants and needs and walked in to my perfect truck. Bought a truck from them in February. A couple weeks later when the bank contacted me to set up my online payments I noticed that the amount due was wrong. Looked at the paperwork they had put in a $5000 extended warranty that I never okayed. Yes I signed the paperwork, you know how it is. They keep you there forever. I had an up and down experience and first with buying a used F150 from the team at Mike White Ford. I found a truck I loved and had some issues almost immediately. The team at Mike White did everything in their power to fix the issue in a timely manner. Once realizing that it couldn't be accomplished quickly, they did everything in their power to do right by my fiancé and me.
