Great Experience X2 Our family loves this place. We bought a Lincoln MKX a couple weeks ago at Wickstrom and checked the JEEP Grand Cherokee at the same time. Highly recommend for service and sales The Wickstom Group has done an awesome job of serving me as a purchaser of several new cars as well as a purchaser of a used car. In addition, I regularly use the Wickstrom service department and have always been pleased with the prompt, friendly service and the fact there have been "no suprises" on service charges. Great place to buy a quality car This was the first time I bought a car that was not a Ford. The service is fabulous and the purchasing was easy and I didn't feel ripped off. They were not able to wheel and deal as much as I would have liked, but one year later and they still provide excellent customer service. PROS: Friendly people, will meet or beat prices CONS: Does not offer 0% interest to anyone

I was there on October 3rd for an oil change and brake job. the technician who drove my vehicle through the wash and back to the front was not wearing a mask despite covid. I left messages for someone and sent emails but had no one return a call or message. I filled out the satisfaction survey and had someone call back but I was at work. returned his call within 15 minutes, left a message asking for a call back and nothing. I will not be returning to this dealership
