RecommendedI highly recommend going to WICKSTROM in Barrington to lease, buy, and auto care for your vehicle. This is about my 10th year going to Ford WICKSTROM to lease a car. I always use their auto service (which allows you to build up points for free oil changes etc). Two months ago I leased a Ford Escape the kids and I just loved. RecommendedI recently bought a new Jeep JL from Wickstrom. My third car from them. Jared Nelson was fantastic in arranging test drives, providing answers to my numerous questions and also negotiated a fair deal on my trade in. Overall, the Wickstrom purchasing/servicing experience is what car other car dealerships should imitate.
My wife brought in her lease today because the thing needs a new water pump! A lease! She needed a loaner because well, this is Barrington and not inner city Chicago. They left her high and dry. No loaner and now I must change my schedule so that she can make her appointments. I have a Ford as well. We were a Ford family until today. I told her to turn in her lease when due and I’m in the market for a new truck. Fortunately, it won’t be a new Ford.
