Lost a customer today by going back on their word and then the salesman calling to try to “smooth things over” and made it 100% worse. I will never buy from them again or take my car there for service. ($82 oil change!!) My father in law was in the car industry his entire career and couldn’t believe this- he’s the one who suggested posting here.

Don DiPaulo was great to work with and even recommended an extended test drive where I was able to take the Jeep home to put some more miles on it and see how it fit in the garage.
