My new car was having issues with the radio,nav system. Brought it in and they said it needed an update. THis completed I left and it was immediately obvious it was worse. Brought it back and was told service did not think the update would work and had to order a part. As it was getting worse I told Mike (SM) to call as soon as the part came in.
