Went in for an interview. Beautiful building, really friendly people. Immaculate work areas. For those wondering, no I didn't take the job that was offered on the spot. Like an idiot I took something else thinking it'd been a better deal... it's not
Do not apply these people are weird and racist. They pick on hard working non talkative employees. The leads are bootlickers and will do anything to get you fired
Probably the worst experience I have had in years in regard to customer service. Wickham Glass installed all our glass and locks in our new facility 11 years ago. We had a door lock fail and contacted them for repair. The only phone option was to contact by name or go to receptionist but the voicemail was full and it would hang up on you. I tried this 4-5 times over 2 days and finally sent them a fax. Jordan, in sales, responded immediately and asked me to send him pictures of the broken lock.
