ORA continues to be the best dental experience ever. Katie is always great and explains everything. She is very considerate and takes the time to walk through each of the procedures she is performing. The entire staff is friendly and not affected like some staff can be.
From the moment you walk in the door, you're treated as a VIP in every way. Dr. Thurston and his team are the best in the business, using the most advanced technology and provide you with information/insight into their assessment and implementation of the plan to take fantastic care of you! Despite the fact that I need an obscene amount of dental work done, the staff and the doctor were so great, friendly and I felt like they weren't judging me. They explained my treatment plan, and even brought out pricing based on my insurance so there were no surprises (where does that EVER happen?!). I would highly recommend to anyone!
Everyone here is super nice and goes out of their way to make going the dentist as pleasant as possible!
Ora Dental Studio has a wonderful atmostphere. The people were very warm and inviting. The Dental assistant and the Dentist were very thorough with explaining the procedures that I needed to have done. They always asked if I had any questions to make sure I understood everything they were explaining to me. I really enjoyed my first visit to Ora Dental Studio.
So far I have had three appointments at this office and each one was spectacular in its own way. The staff is always very nice and welcoming. Not to mention they do spectacular work! I thought they would end up charging a ridiculous amount for their services, but I found them to have more competitve pricing than many other places I have visited. Keep up the great work!
Scheduling an appointment was easy and fast. I didn't have to wait at all once I arrived and I was able to get started right away on my interest to get invisalign! Because I had a flyer of a special that was running I was able to save a good deal of money over a prior quote from another dentist. Very excited.
