DO NOT ORDER from this business! We did not get our order and the company did not respond to phone messages or emails. Their 1-800 number listed within their product page has been disconnected as well. I have been told by my financial institution that the likelihood of getting my money back is low and they have suggested that I contact the RCMP to file a fraud claim. Shame because this order was for a big family celebration.
This place is a scam. We ordered the 10lb seafood box to be delivered. They gladly took our money and every time we try to contact them it’s crickets. No reply to email and they don’t answer the phone. Do yourself a favour and shop somewhere else
Hi folks , my wife and I just wanted to share with you all our experience with this company. We live in Chatham Ontario area , we ordered 8lbs of frozen claws and knuckles, was delivered next day Around 2pm . I'm from Shediac area New Brunswick, and very excited to get a feed of Atlantic lobster. When we opened the packaging we found (8) 1lb packs 4 of them were not sealed at all , just thrown into the box totally freezer burnt.
