This was our second time using Michael Murphy as our realtor. We contacted him once we were ready to move into a bigger home and he worked with us with purchasing our second home and selling our first. He made the process as stress free as possible. Very attentive and reliable 24/7. We are hoping to be in our forever home but if we do decide to move again, Michael is who we will call. Definitely recommend!

My husband and I had almost given up finding the perfect existing home; we were in the process of getting started on building a new home. Arnold was very knowledgeable of the areas of my two properties, which led to listing the homes and selling them both for more than what I had expected! Also, he did not allow us to get bullied with petty items on the TRR reports, nor did he try to get the quick sell since he didn’t try to convince me to take offers that were subpar. I strongly recommend Arnold as a realtor.

Honest answer, I despise real estate agents. Prior to Tulio and Jessica, I had not met one that I didn't want to filet and dismember. TULIO AND JESSICA ARE THE EXCEPTION!! They work hard and speak plainly. I never once felt like I wasn't in charge. Prior realtors treated me like a nuisance that they had to endure to get paid. This team was fantastic! And, they were lightning fast. The process was incredibly smooth. 10 days ago, I had never met Tulio in my life. Now I feel like I even gained a friend!

Diana listened to what we were looking for and put together a short list of houses within our budget that fit what we wanted. we only had to look at 3 to 4 houses before we made our selection. I made an offer on the house we purchased and she made the deal for us. She talked with my banker and made all the arrangements all the way through close. She was very professional and made sure i understood each step.

Diana was a wonderful realtor who helped answer all of my questions, understand the market and partnered well with the buyers realtor. She responded to all of my questions in a timely fashion and sold my house very quickly!

Hands down top notch service. My wife and I were ready to get out of this house and move on with the next chapter in our life. Tulios job knowledge, professionalism, and responsiveness were undoubtedly a huge assistance in selling our home quickly, and with minimal effort from my wife and I. I will definitely use his services in the future and would not hesitate to refer to any potential buyer or seller, whether from this area or new in town.
