I have seen Tulio’s attention to detail, his willingness to do what it takes to get the job done and make sure his clients are well taken care of. He always goes above and beyond what is expected and his clients are always happy at the closing table. Did I mention he’s bilingual? Amazing!

We contacted John after moving my father into an Independent Living Retirement Facility. John met with us, gave us his thoughts and advice and we listed the house with him on a Monday. The following Monday we had a full price offer on the house. The entire transaction was as painless as possible and we appreciate all that John did for us along the way.

We worked with Victory to purchase our second home/income property in OKC. I can’t even describe how much hussle this woman has! We were looking at older homes with character and opportunity to add value, so it really helped that Vicotry has experience with her own renovation projects and plenty of knowledge about repairs and costs. Tiffany got a run for her money when she got me as a client. I had a house fall through and (through no fault of her own) I almost bought a house that I didn't want. She finally got me into my "forever home" that I absolutely LOVE. She always remained positive, looked out for my best interest, and even after closing is still going the extra mile to help me. She was tough on fighting for what I wanted and friendly as can be to me. I feel like I got a forever home and a new friend to boot. Highly recommend this gem!!

We had the best experience with Victory. We were looking in the downtown OKC area and her knowledge was apparent. We saw a tons of homes before finding the right one, but never felt rushed.
