I use this realtor to buy and sell my home. Working with him was good, The process was easy and he was helpful. He acted like he didn’t know the mortgage broker I was working with but he did. That was kind off putting. The buying process was smooth. I also sell my house with this realtor. He was great and helpful. I’m not sure what happened but the potential buyers was pre approve and turn out they weren't approved for the amount of loan. The house went under contract and then bust. That happen twice. Victory was very incredible. She was very helpful throughout the entire process, and gave me tons of suggestions based on what I was looking for. Any time I found a listing I wanted to take a look at I could send it to her and usually minutes after she would already have appointments set up.
